You can claim a match bonus of up to €100 on your first deposit. You don’t need a bonus code to claim the welcome bonus at Rabona, but you do need to wager the full deposit amount at odds of 1.50 or 1/2 or higher.

Once you wager the deposit amount, the bonus amount is credited. A lot of bettors complain about this trigger mechanism, but it’s what works for Rabona and many other betting sites. Compared to others, the bonus is on par with what other CashtoCode betting sites are prepared to offer to their new customers.

Bonus terms

The welcome bonus amount is average and the wagering requirements follow suit. It may be trickier to find safe single bets as the minimum qualifying odds are quite high. Multibets, on the other hand, should be much easier to find as the minimum odds are only 1.50 or (1/2).

We can't hold it against Rabona, but we had to highlight it. Is Rabona safe?

During this Rabona review, we checked a few review platforms for user reviews. We noticed that customers complain about not understanding the terms. For example, there’s a customer who complains about the maximum withdrawal limits, which are clearly displayed. Another one complained that the account was closed, but only because they have failed to provide the required documents as part of the KYC verification procedure.

There were quite a few positive user reviews, a few of which are from Ireland. As long as you clearly understand the terms and conditions of the site, and you register with information you can back up with ID and documents, you shouldn’t have any problems at Rabona.

Betting features

Rabona’s toolkit includes a Bet Builder, Early Cashout, Live Stats and Quick Single Betting. All of these are available to all customers. The Quick Single Betting and the Live Stats are geared towards live betting, whereas Early Cashout is available before and during the match.

However, there’s no partial cashout.

Live betting

At the time of this review, there were 15 different sports available for live betting and ten fold more matches to bet on. You can view the odds and the live stats side by side. All betting markets are neatly organised put in their respective categories.

To view the bet slip, simply scroll below the live stats. If you have Quick Single Betting on, a simple tap means you’re placing that bet immediately without the need to confirm via the bet slip.

Overall, Rabona has a better than average live betting. We can’t comment on the odds margins as they are changing from second to second.

Live streaming

It may not be class-leading, but it’s available. Finding a match with a direct live video broadcast is hard, but you’re in luck if you’re into table tennis, eSports or football. These two seem to be well covered. Once in the live betting section, you can use the toggle Live Streaming to view only the matches that are available for live streaming.

We also don’t like how they show eSports football games in the Football section. This is misleading.

Odds comparison

The odds proved to be really good when did our test. Rabona and Librabet use the same platform provided by Rabidi, whereas 1Bet runs a different platform with more features. The difference of more than 1.50% can be significant in the long run. However, this in particular was a high level sports match where traders pay close attention and adjust the odds accordingly.

Generally, everything under 5% can be considered fine. With nearly 2.00% in margins, Rabona is clearly a great place for football betting.

Rabona app and user-interface

Rabona has a mobile web app for bettors who enjoy betting on their smartphones. You can find it under the menu button on the homepage. However, the site to download the app couldn't be reached when we tried getting the download app. On the other hand, the mobile browser version of the site is excellent and offers smooth navigation, just like the desktop site.

Browsing all the odds is easy with its well-arranged sections. Another alternative would be the search button for any league or teams you're interested in. Rabona's top-notch user interface is good enough to rival other sportsbooks in Ireland.

Conclusion

We hate saying it's just another brand on the online betting scene, but that's the truth. It's packed with promotions for any type of bettor, regardless of their preference in sports or racing. It ticks almost all of our boxes except the Partial Cashout.

It's been around for more than a few years and it obviously has won the approval of a lot of bettors from Europe and around the globe. We can confidently say that if you haven't bet with Rabona so far, now is the best time to change this around.

Sportuna does a great job at making online betting fun. However, it stops there. It’s not a sportsbook for serious sports bettors, but it’s the perfect site for casual betting. Early cashout, lots of promotions, bet builder and an easy to navigate odds selection – it ticks all the boxes. Live streaming is not their forte and they are licensed abroad. If these two are not your prime concern, deposit and bet in EUR in minutes.
