Do not under any circumstances provide your 20 character code to other parties. The customer support team can identify the eVoucher code with a transaction ID.

Once our team has looked into the matter, they will get back to you with an explanation or what steps you should take to resolve the issue.

If this is a CashtoCode transaction, provide your barcode ID, or simply take a photo of it and send it to our support team.
