FAQ

Can I fund my CashtoCode balance?

You can't create an account that you can use as an e-wallet, ergo, you can't buy CashtoCode credit. However, you can technically buy an eVoucher and pay online. If you want to use CashtoCode and pay in cash, you have to visit a cash location.

Are there any transaction limits that apply to CashtoCode and eVoucher?

CashtoCode eVoucher enables you to make online payments in the range of $1 to $1,500. You can combine several vouchers to cover transactions up to a maximum of $1,500. Other than this, there are no other limits you should worry about.

Can I receive money via CashtoCode?

Unfortunately, CashtoCode allows you to make payments only, not to receive money. It still isn't an e-wallet. As such, it doesn't allow customers to hold money there.

Can I receive money via eVoucher?

You can only pay with eVoucher, you cannot receive money. Once you spend all the money that come with your 20-character code, that code is useless. In addition, you can't top-up a 20-character code. However you can combine several different codes to cover a bigger purchase up to $1,500.
